Hey, I'm your host Zands
I’m a Sports and Exercise Scientist and an MBA candidate whose life is a testament to embracing chaos.
From a young age, I’ve faced the world on my own and experienced more than my share of challenges. My turbulent upbringing led to a unique condition I call “red ant syndrome,” which compels me to relocate to a new city or country every six months.
For the past decade, I’ve been a digital nomad, living in 22 countries (and counting).
The pandemic hit hard (as it did for all of us), and for the first time, I truly felt the weight of solitude.
My childhood trauma has profoundly impacted my relationships, culminating in surviving a highly abusive relationship. Recognizing the need for healing, I committed to breaking free from the patterns that had defined my adult life.
I’m also a proud dog mom to two hooligan dachshunds. Despite my initial indifference to animals, they’ve become my greatest love story.
After nearly 25 years of dreaming, I finally planted roots in Austin, Texas (albeit in a metaphorical pot plant, since permanence is still a foreign concept to me).
Join me on the podcast as we explore modern-day entrepreneurship, mom life, dog mom life, aunt life, travel, the rollercoaster of relationships (and singlehood), and the daily hustle.
